Learning Tree Staff

Each classroom is staffed with a Lead Teacher who has either a 4 year degree or an AA degree and experience.  Assistants in the room have a minimum of a high school diploma and have experience. All employees are at least 16 years of age and have completed a DHS Background Check.  

Learning Tree currently has 3 Full Time Teachers who have received comprehensive training in Early Childhood Education.  Our teachers continually enhance their knowledge and experience by taking courses on current trends in child care.  They are responsible for the development of the curriculum, design of the environment, and providing guidance to the children.   In addition to required training, all staff members are trained in First Aid & CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens and Shaken Baby Syndrome.  All Infant Staff is also trained in SUIDS.
